Energy consumption and air quality are tightly coupled, and improving energy efficiency can reduce both indoor and outdoor concentrations of air pollutants. The KairLab is partnering with Utah’s Intermountain Industrial Assessment Center and the Utah Division of Air Quality’s Beehive Emission Reduction Plan to promote and quantify the air quality impacts of commercial, industrial, and institutional energy-saving measures.
